love love love this. i sort of derived my own idea out of this picture, but what were you're thoughts behind it? Why is the capslock key disconnected?

Thanks. I don't have any idea behind it actually. I was looking for my old typewriter but couldn't find it anywhere, or I would have typed 'Dear friend' instead of drawing it by hand. The capslock key was put on it after I finished the drawing, just to add some fun and make the composition of the picture more balanced.

Thanks! I really like it. I don't know, I kind of associated the caps lock key with emotion I guess, because a lot of times people use caps lock to express really strong anger or excitement. And the fact that it says "dear friend" and not a real name, sort of made me feel like it had to do with estrangement or separation from an old friend. anyway, nice drawing
